Lisa M. Neff

Executive Director, Eli Lilly and Company

Dr. Lisa Neff joined Eli Lilly and Company in August 2021 and serves as an Executive Director in Diabetes and Obesity Global Medical Affairs. In this role, she provides medical and scientific expertise to support the research and educational priorities of the business. Prior to joining Lilly, Dr. Neff was an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Endocrinology at Northwestern University in Chicago, where she conducted clinical research, treated patients with obesity and related disorders, and served as teaching faculty for medical trainees. She is a board-certified Obesity Medicine physician and Endocrinologist with over two decades of clinical experience in obesity medicine, endocrinology, and clinical nutrition, as well as expertise in clinical research related to obesity and nutrition. She is excited to have an opportunity to speak with you about recent scientific advances in the understanding of obesity as a chronic, treatable disease.

 
 

Robert Fields, MD, MHA

Chief Clinical Officer at Beth Israel Lahey Health

Dr. Robert Fields is a family medicine physician and serves as the EVP, Chief Clinical Officer at Beth Israel Lahey Health a Harvard affiliated, 14 hospital system in Boston, MA. In this role, Dr. Fields leads system efforts for quality and safety as well as the strategy and operations for primary care, behavioral health, post-acute service services, and other divisions such as system lab and pharmacy. He also leads the system’s 1115 Medicaid waiver response in addition to other managed care and population health initiatives.

Dr. Fields began his career as an independent primary care physician with a particular concentration on underserved Latino patients in Western North Carolina. He spent 5 years at Mount Sinai most recently as the system’s Chief Population Health Officer and joined Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) in March 2023. His areas of interest include healthcare policy and economics, system integration and transformation to value, as well as the integration of social determinants of health into the daily operations of health systems. Dr. Fields also hosts a podcast called Healthcare360 focused on healthcare transformation with a focus on BILH’s journey to becoming a system.

Dr. Fields has previously served as the Board Chair of the National Association of ACOs (NAACOS) and the Board of America’s Physician Groups (APG) and Healthfirst, New York’s largest not for profit health plan focused primarily on government programs. He is also a member or chair for various national committees on quality and measure development for the National Quality Foundation and CMS. He earned his medical degree from the University Of Florida College Of Medicine, and completed a Family Medicine Residency at the Mountain Area Health Education Center in Asheville, NC where he was Chief Resident. Dr. Fields earned his Master of Health Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

 
 

Deborah Di Sanzo

President, Best Buy Health

Deborah Di Sanzo is president of Best Buy Health for Best Buy Co. Inc. In this role, she is responsible for the company’s health strategy, connecting people with technology to care for their health at home.

Deborah oversees Best Buy Health’s three focal areas of wellness at home, aging at home, and care at home. She also leads the incubation, strategy and corporate development teams focused on scaling health initiatives at Best Buy.

Deborah is an innovative, strategic leader with more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of health care and technology. She is a recognized thought leader in artificial intelligence and big data, has deep experience in running industry-recognized innovative health care businesses, and has a demonstrated ability to drive growth—both organically and through acquisitions.

Prior to Best Buy, Deborah led the IBM Watson Health team, launching artificial intelligence offerings designed to help doctors, researchers, health care providers, pharmacists and insurers better serve patients around the world. Deborah was also CEO of Philips Healthcare, where she and her team brought consumer-grade, automatic defibrillators to the market, making them first available in public places then, ultimately, in the homes of Americans.

Erez Kaminski

CEO and Founder, Ketryx Corporation

Erez Kaminski is the CEO and Founder of Ketryx Corporation, the first and only connected lifecycle management software for MedTech that unifies quality and R&D efforts to deliver safer software. Over the last decade, he worked in industries including computational mathematics, biotech, and energy, helping build monitoring systems for pharmaceutical equipment and AI for medication management.

Before Ketryx, Erez worked with Amgen, the world’s largest biotechnology company, as the head of AI/ML for their medical device division and with Wolfram Research, the builders of Mathematica and Wolfram|Alpha. Erez holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
